Tonight marks the 3rd night in a row that I had "Bak Kut Teh"(BKT) for dinner...
Sometimes...it's just funny how fate puts you into various positions...isn't it??
I mean..some time last week I was wishing that I could have BKT but no matter how much I prayed...plans changed and the week passed by with no BKT at all...
And now?? I've already had BKT for the first 3 days of the week...


We(Thern,Yan,Z,me) had planned for BKT on Tuesday for quite some time...
But to my surprise, mom decided to whip her own home cooked BKT on Monday...
And as for today(Wednesday)...we(Rene,Derek,me) were wondering what to have for dinner when suddenly the idea of BKT popped into our heads...
So there you go...3 nights straight of BKT...
My mouth now smells of a mix of garlic and medicinal herbal soup..
My stomach now feels like it's gonna blow from the overload of pig meat and pig internal organs...
My ass now has to work overtime to pump all that food out....
And I'm just getting started...
Gimme BKT for the rest of the week...I'm game...are you?? hehe...


Speaking about fate putting you in various positions, I just got info that I might...MIGHT be doing a Bachelor's Degree of Chemistry course or something like that at UTAR...
Isn't it ironic??
I mean....I fucking hate Chemistry...
I've never passed Chemistry during the whole time that I was studying it(4th Form to Upper6)...
That's 4 years now if you're still counting...
I get so bored whenever I read about "atoms" and "elements" that I find lizards fighting on the ceiling much more interesting...
The various calculations in Chemistry would have put me off so much that I had to slap myself silly in order to stay up and concentrate...


On the other hand I had always been interested in Biology....
I had always found Bio superbly easy to understand...
Especially the part on human sexual organs(no marks in guessing where I FIRST learned that)...hehe...
Most unfortunate that my application for Biotech was not accepted....
Don't you think it's weird??
I'm being offered a course about the subject that I hate....
Talk about fate huh?


So will I take it up?? Perhaps...
I'll just consider this as another obstacle....
There was this show(The Contender) and in the interview, 1 of the participants shared with the audience a saying which his late grandfather had taught him...
"Life is full of obstacles...We can choose to go over it or around it...But I'd rather go through it"
Yeah..I know...I watch too much TV...


Speaking of grandfathers...I would like to offer my deepest condolences to Teoh Hong Wooi and his family on the recent departure of his grandfather....
Be strong my friend...
Your grandpa lived a full life...
He would definitely love to see you achieve in your life...
Do your grandpa proud man...
